The property was very well maintained. Issues with one of the elevators but it was quickly fixed. The pools and surrounding grounds were nicely taken care of. Staff friendly! Great location!

My grandchildren (ages 4 1/2 and 3 yr) loved the quick walk to the ocean, pools and lazy river. They loved it all! Close walk to ice cream, pizza etc. Short drive to get groceries.

Love the location BUT, It is wrong that we only had 2 parking passes for a 4 bedroom unit. There should be 1 parking pass for each bedroom i.e. 4 passes for a 4 bedroom, 3 passes for a 3 bedroom, 2 passes for a 2 bedroom

The Ash Worth is a wonderful property and is maintained very well. The amenities are nice and also well maintained. There are so many walkable things to do from this location. Local, fun attractions are an easy drive.

We really enjoy staying in North Myrtle Beach it has easy access to 501 and generally is less crowded. The property has always been kept clean and with it having an attached garage is awesome.

The property was nice. We were disappointed that the lazy river wasn't heated during the holiday week. Several of my family were counting on that. The lazy river has been heated in all other properties that we have stayed at during Thanksgiving Week.

The property was clean. The only thing that we were disappointed was that 2 days after we arrived they had the hot tub shut for repairs rest of the week and it was a bit noisy around the pool was the compreesor running

We have stayed at ghe Ashworth before and we really love the property from the excellent and convenient parking to the lazy river, the two adult pools (outside & inside) and the spa (although it was out of commission for repairs during our visit). The carts and grocery carts were readily available when we needed them. The caretakers keep the property in excellent condidition. Unit 506 was excellent.

Some of the kitchen cookware is a bit outdated. Handles loose, pots and pans were sticky. Other than that, it was a great week at the beach!

The Ashworth was wonderful. My family loves the conveinence of stores, shopping and having attractions for my little grandkids close by was a real plus. We are already booked and excited about our next vacay Aug 2023.

Ashworth’s grounds are beautiful, the large hot tub is fantastic to accommodate lots more people than what any other resort that I’ve stayed at has. I love the ability to grill out and use the picnic tables. The bathroom being on the ground floor is very convenient for beach and pool access. My only complaint is the hours that the hot tub/pool area can be used.

We have been staying at the Ashworth for almost 20 years so we know the area and the amenities, however, this year there was an issue with the hot tub as the first night we tried to go into it and it was filthy and not hot. We called and was told that nothing was wrong with it, however, by another 2-3 days it was better, still not up to the temperature it was in previous years, but able to go in. It was disappointing however that we were unable to use for half of our time there.

They need to do something about elevators!! They were terrible. Took over 25 minutes for elevator to stop and pick us up. Also they are very small.

Near the AshWorth Condos

Just a short stroll from Main Street, you'll find a bevy of nearby restaurants, unique shops, and fun amusements. Grab breakfast at the Golden Griddle Pancake House, a pint at Flynn’s Irish Tavern, or challenge yourself to learn the state dance “The Shag” at Fat Harold’s Beach Club just up the street. Other attractions nearby include OD Pavilion Amusement Park, multiple ice cream shops, mini golf courses, McLean Park, and even an escape room. Ocean Drive truly comes alive in the summer, with free concerts, dazzling fireworks, outdoor vendors, and lively festivals all season long.

Ashworth FAQ

No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!

Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:

Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. If Travel Insurance was purchased, please contact Play Travel Protection at 833-610-0736 or visit https://playtravelprotection.com/start-a-claim/ for coverage details and the claims process.

Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date:

Monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee if the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates and price as the cancelled reservation. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals for fewer nights and/or lesser price than the cancelled reservation. If the accommodations are not re-rented, monies paid are non-refundable or transferrable. Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays.

Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.

Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.

Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

You cannot have mail sent directly to your property. Please have any mail sent to our office with attention to the recipient's name. 311 17th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.

We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.

Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Yes! All of our units have free WiFi.

There are 2 popular options for renting beach chairs and umbrellas:

Vacation Gear offer a variety of beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach wheelchairs, and much more for rental during your vacation. They offer free delivery to your unit and will pick up the equipment at the end of your stay! Please call (843) 215-2700 or visit Vacation Gear for more information. 

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes. You have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas for the day or the week, and beach services will set up and take down the equipment for you each day!
